Biotrade Ventures initiated a series of projects with small businesses in November and December 2021, with a field trip covering 7000km through Botswana and South Africa’s North West, Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal provinces.

These projects are linked to a new PhytoTech Africa technology initiative based on local and international demand for a key indigenous plant based-product for natural and organic cosmetics.

During 2020 and 2021 three new products from the PhytoTech pipeline were developed under the PhytoTech Africa project. These products will be on the market in 2022.
